RETURN POLICY

DOMESTIC (US) RETURN POLICY

WE ACCEPT RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.

All Sale Items are FINAL SALE.

Before merchandise is returned, a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) must be obtained from our Sales Department at info@erinfaderjewelry.com. Merchandise being returned must be accompanied by the RMA as well as a copy of the original invoice. Returns must be received undamaged, in original condition and in original packaging. Product in original condition as described above can be returned for a store credit in the amount paid (less any shipping charges). Returns and exchanges will be subject to the discount taken at the time of purchase.

We highly recommend using a shipping courier with tracking services to ensure the delivery of your return to us. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from date of receipt. Products which have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be covered under our return policy.

REPAIRS
We are happy to offer free repairs within 30 days of purchase. If your item is past the 30-day policy, we offer repairs and replacement of missing parts for a $25 fee.  Repair/Replacement Fee
Customer is responsible for shipping damaged item and parts back to our studio. We cover the cost of shipping the repaired item to you.
